I apply but don't qualify, what's next?

Not everyone who applies will qualify for a no exam program. If you aren’t instantly approved for a no exam insurance policy, the underwriter (UW) will ask for one of the following:

  1. UW needs clarification on one of your medical answers, no exam or APS collection
  2. UW would like to collect your Attending Physicians Statements (APS), no exam
  3. UW is recommending full underwriting (Insurance Physical and APS Collection)

If you aren’t sure if you’d qualify, we always recommend trying.  If ultimately, the UW recommends full underwriting, then that’s the same place you would have been anyways.  Applying is a no lose situation.
